Appearance: Phoebe is strikingly beautiful. She bears somewhat dark and evil eyes framed with thick dark eyelashes. She has pale skin and a surprisingly petite frame for how strong she is. She has long dark hair and doesn't lack confidence in herself.

Personality: Phoe is very slow to trust, and used to be being on her own. Therefore as a result she is not very sociable and does not communicate with people very often. She does not like to be told what to do - but knows when she needs to do as she's told. Phoe is not afraid of anything - she's seen far too many nightmarish scenes to be afraid of anything. Her hopes are to find her destiny - and to fight this cursed darkness that keep rising inside her all the time.

History/Bio/Background: The world is a harsh place, Phoebe. Just remember that sweetheart.
Those were the last words Phoebe's Mother had spoken to her before she died. The flames licked at her face as she drifted off into the abyss, the last unnoticed breath slipping into a distant realm that seemed miles away from reality. There was no way to save her Mother; Phoebe had known that from the start, but somehow an obligation took hold of Phoebe that pushed her into a life she couldn't seem to escape.

Miss Annie was a demon. A powerful demon. Everybody wanted to know Miss Annie. But Miss Annie had a task to do. It was something she must fulfil before she died. She had to find a killer; the person who had killed the father of her unborn child to be exact. She would not let the murderer go unpunished; that she knew. And so, driven by her undying love for her soul mate, Miss Annie searched.

It was nine months before Miss Annie gave birth to Phoebe Starlet Thorn. She had ignored the ever-growing bump quite explicitly until she finally gave birth to her baby and the only living memory of Black, Phoebe's father.

Miss Annie did not wait until she left once more, travelling with the harsh north wind to search for the killer that had cruelly taken Black's life. Phoebe would have to learn while on the move; she would have to learn to make friends only to let them go; she would learn not to settle in one place for soon they would leave again, never giving up on their search for justice and peace of mind.

Phoebe was an interesting child. She was a half born; half demon and half vampire. Of course she had the look of the vampire; pale skin and captivating eyes; flawless features and petite frame. However she had the powers of a demon; she could heal wounds with words; she could work in sync with Mother Nature and she could work any dark magic she wished to. With the supernatural strength, speed and ability of a vampire, you would think Phoebe the perfect hunter; the predator made in hell itself. But Phoebe was not cold. She too, was driven by her emotions. Anger could rip through her and control her very essence. And love could curse through her veins, the feeling straight from her heart.

Phoebe grew up travelling with her mother, learning of her father's life and death and choosing which paths she would take. Choosing the obvious course and aiding her mother in her search for revenge, Phoebe grew up outside of the social circle. She was quiet, withdrawn, and somewhat dark at times. She used to scare her Mother with her changing moods and swings of life and death. Phoebe was a risk-taker, intent on getting an adrenaline rush; Miss Annie was not.

The day after Phoe's 14th Birthday, the beautiful Miss Annie was brutally killed, taken by death itself into the next realm. She had died protecting her daughter, the only living heir of Black's life and memory. And so it came to pass the Miss Annie died by the hands of her killer, and Phoe lived on to be haunted forever more by her Mother's last breath and Father's memory.

Bound by her emotions, Phoebe searched for her parents' killers, not stopping to make friends nor enemies. She never spoke to anyone, and never joined in celebrations at Christmas and New Year. She never celebrated her birthday with anything more that a small smile, which Phoe allowed through the stone of her heart, the locked safe in which she now kept her emotions locked.

A solitude life, some may say, until she met Scarlet Storm. Saving her life and helping her get away from shadow hands, Phoe made a friend; the first friend in a while. However, plagued by nightmares and a new darkness woken within her, Phoebe sought to betray her new-found friend and forget the quest she had once lived her life by.

Meeting Jacob and finding out what it truly was to be part of the darkness, Phoebe got lost in the other side; the side she had sworn she would never turn to, even in times of desperation. No desperation plagued Phoe, neither did it threaten to. She had made conscious a decision to take the path she had, and now, in the depths of it all, Phoe enjoyed the power set to her as the darkness continued to curse through her black-blooded veins.

Now, Phoe stays with Jacob, seeking safe sanctuary until she is strong enough to control her newly darkened blood. And Jacob Downing's promise to make use of her is starting to ring all too true... But then Jacob dies and Phoe is left alone in the world all over again, seeking out her true destiny in a place she doesn’t belong. Will she survive? Or will she disappear into the darkness, never to be seen again?

Roleplaying example: Phoe sighed as she walked along the road, next to Markus. She didn't know what was going on. She knew now that the darkness was overtaking her and she didn't think she had the power to stop it. Could Markus help her? Should she trust him?
Shaking her head slightly, as if to shake a bad thought away, Phoe looked up at her new companion. It was surreal, suddenly having soneone with her. After the years of lonely wandering she had grown accustomed to being alone.
But the dark whispering still made themlselves heard in her head, pushing away all thoughts of trust and replacing them with thoughts of disloyalty and hatred.
Phoe could feel the darkness taking over again....
